Hello.
With 140 in jee mains, you can clear jee and can give jee advanced.
As you are from general category, it's difficult to get admission at decent college and branch.
You may get core branches at iiits and some last nits.
You may also get some non core barnches like mining, biotech, biomedical, metallurgy &material, food processi8, production, manufacturing,  chemical ,ceramic, etc..,  in some good nits.

See the marks u have scored comes under the average score in the JEE MAINS and will give u low and average NITs for pursuing ur higher studies in btech. U may be getting some average colleges like NIT RAIPUR , NIT PATNA , NIT JAMSHEDPUR , NIT AGARTALA. etc. U can also opt for other IIITs and GFTIs for ur career. I m providing u a a link for ur help.
