I am a homoeopathic practitioner and I have not yet applied for a permanent registration in any state yet. My provisional certificate has expired on 1st May during lockdown and now I am unsure if I can apply for permanent registration with an expired provisional. Kindly help me in this.

Hello,

See, the lockdown was imposed in March itself and from government to various other educational bodies are aware of the situation due to which the issue arise. So, its is clear that the reason you weren't able to apply for permanent registration was because of the fact that lockdown was imposed and hence you were let with an expired provisional certificate. So, i would suggest to stop worrying about this thing because no fault was made from your side and this situation must have been going with many other like you.The authorities will definitely cooperate and you will get your work done.

I hope this helps.
