Confidence apne aap a jayega
It's your work to find it
No one can help u bcoz inspiration is different for everyone

Talk about distraction
I am also fighting with this
I can tell what I do to resist me from this

Tum jab bhi padho
Apne Mann me ye rakhna ki main distract nhi honge
Buss ye mann Mai repeat karte raho
Or agar tum distract hote bhi ho to bohot kam time k liye hoge (2-3 seconds)
Apne Mann see baat Karo or bolo Mai distract nhi hunga

Buss ek or Chez karni Hai
Main apne saare experiences Bata Raha hu

Tumne kabhi socha Hai hum distract hote he kyu Hai
Maine apna 1 saal ye sochne Mai lagaya Hai

Reason batata hu
1) bc ye school wale hume padhate to Hai
But koi hume padhna nhi sikhata
Ki padhte kaise Hai
Bohot log aise hote Hai Jo bachpan Mai top marte the
Bcoz tab unke mummy Papa padhna sikhate  the
But ab koi nhi sikhata khud sikho !
( Yes I'm furstated to school ! )

2) sab students ko koi na koi problem hai
Kaise weak concentration power , memory, etc
Unka solution kisi k pass nhi Hai ( except me )
Na koi teacher Hai batane Wala
bhaiya !
Maine pura 1 saal barbaad Kara Hai in question k answers dhundne Mai !
Or progress jaari Hai

3) padhai ka koi practical use nhi hota real life Mai
Kuch chezo ko chodke
Mai ek story Bata hu
Meri coaching Mai atoms and nuclei chal Raha Tha
Mere friend ne teacher se pucha ki
Jo hum padh rhe hai iska use Kya Hai ?
Ans aya nucleur physics Mai
Ab Bhai kon aisa bandha hoga Jo apni Puri zindgi bekar karega nuclear physics Mai sirf ye baat janne k liye ki Jo formula usne padha tha uska use kaha Hai
Hadd Hai !

Or end mai buss last experience
Ki padhai ko hauuaa Matt banao
Jo hype humne bana rakhi Hai
Tel lene Gaye concept wagera wagera sab myths Hai

Padhai ka Matlab hai experiences
Padhai basically experiences Hai scientists k
Aisa samjho ki ye unke experiences Hai or vo humare sath share kar rahe Hai
I shapat kuch yaad Karne Mai difficulty nhi hogi

Like everyone u r also humiliated
Apna Shanti se baitho or socho
Socho kyu nhi padh paa rahe
Kyu Mann nhi lagg Raha
Kyu distract hote Hai
Sab k answers mil jayenge
Maine Bata to Diya but jabtak tum ye khud experience nhi karte tab Tak tumhare upar iska deep effect nhi ayega
Think and only think
Time lagega but Jo hoga accha hoga
Aise padhne se koi fayda nhi

Don't get demotivated so easily.....watch motivational videos......improve your confidence level......if you are confident and motivated then no one can stop you from scoring good marks in jee.

Do not get demotivated so easily in life. Doors can open only by knocking it. Option of not knocking is not there. So don't loose heart and keep trying

Firstly you have to understand that becoming demotivated is not a bad thing
But it is symbol that you really want to do something
You are a jee aspirant. First thing you should do is that you should realize that you can definitely achieve something whether it is iit or something other
So you don't need to take tension about selection
The thing that is important is your satisfaction. So don't get demotivated and continue trying
