To be very honest I won't suggest you to do that.

Firstly although the syllabus for both the exams are sane but you can see or analyse by comparing the question paper of both the exams, the question in JEE is a bit tough as compared to questions in Neet.

You can take coaching from NEET classes that will surely help you clear your basics and even will help you to score few marks but in order to ace rhe section that won't be sufficient.

You will have to practice the level of questions asked in JEE.
