Dear Ram, if you are from Kerala and you want to applynfor a Government Medical College in HP, you should try under their 15% All India Quota. Now you havent mentioned yoir Category. Neverthless, 381 marks are too less for a seat under All India Quota. In 2018 under All India Quota, the cut offs for various categories in SLB Medical College have been as follows:

General Category: 555
SC: 453
ST: 416

This is 2018 data. This year the cut offs have gone way high. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam
