You can get a seat through the ALL INDIA QUOTA reserved in every government college in other states.
Do make sure you get your migration certificate ready in case, you are opting for colleges outside your state.
Minimum Marks really depends on percentile score, dear. You will just have to score your best. There is a 15% reservation of seats in colleges. Hope this was helpful.

You can apply for private colleges of other state.

To apply in government colleges you need a domicile certificate.
