If a candidate fails to submit the ews certificate after mentioning their category as "GEN EWS" then they are just treated as general category candidates.

So, if you are unable to provide your EWS certificate then your candidature won't be cancelled. You will just be able to sit for counselling just like the general students So you need not worry at all.
