Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Gujarat according to your profile.

As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 579 for Govt. Medical College, Baroda under state quota for General category and for reserved categories such as OBC/SC/ST the cut-offs are little less as compare to that of General category and also the cut-offs are slightly increased in this year so in order to get seat in Govt. Medical College, Baroda with OBC category you should ate least have 570 marks in NEET out of 720 marks.
