Yes, you can do BCA. There is no restriction, after completing 12th science stream. You just need to score 50% in your class.

Eligibility for Bachelors in Computer Applications (BCA): anyone van apply who has completed 10+2 education with atleast 50-55% marks in any stream.

Though the syllbus for entrance exam will include Mathematics, but the topic which you've already studied till class 10th .
