IPMAT is an exam which in qualitative terms and in difficulty levels on a lower level than JEE Main. So, if you are preparing for JEE then there is no such topic, especially in maths which you need to prepare extra. You can give an edge to your preparation by continuously increasing your vocabulary and reading newspaper regularly. If you focus on the English part, you are great to go.
