Hello Ritendra, 

                Jee Advance is considered as the second level of jee main for admissions of students to various IITs around the country.

                Thus from jee advance u cannot get to NITs as for admissions to NITs u need to clear jee mains and get yourself registered for counselling.

       So  now with your rank and category yes you have high chances of getting an IIT but regarding the stream of your choice one cannot be sure as different IIT'S have different available seats and courses offered by them.
