see there are many students in india who are opted for commerce line after 10+2 courses. so it will be not a problem for you to get admission in bba courses. i have seen many  students from science background opted for bba , and now well settled. see for the first two semester you may have to face some problems, where commerce background students has that benefits. so you need to study hard and give extra time to overcome this problem. then it will be really enjoyable for you.
