Yes you can give CAT exam to get MBA course in IIMs. or any other gov. college

Students who are in final year of  a bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply.

According to CAT eligibility criteria, a candidate who is appearing for CAT should get at least 50%(general) in Bachelors degree course. Reserved category students do need at least 45% in  Bachelors degree course.

CAT full form is Common Admission Test, which is a national level exam for students who want to get enrolled in MBA College.

It is an online exam of 3 hours and is conducted once  a year.
