As you are a student of class 12 and you are wanting to pursue hotel management so let me tell first of all kindly mention in the comment box your stream whether it's commerce or arts and accordingly I would guide you for other streams.

Other than hotel management, you can also opt for chartered accountant in case of commerce stream. In arts stream you can go for English, economics honours and few other courses.
