Sorry to say but you are not eligible to do Computer science course or any equivalent degree in which you are required mathematics or computer science subject in your class 12th.

See, as you are form arts background then for sure it is difficult for you to take admisisin in computer science course as well as for understanding rh concepts of programming.

I would suggest you to start learning in your own and implement the same. You might get internship opportunities in local firms  that will help in polishing your skill. Try to get some certification course in which you can get opportunities for future endeavors.
