No, you cannot apply for OBC reservation as if you have already availed EWS reservation then you must be a general candidate. Because OBC/ST/SC cannot apply for EWS reservation.

Below I am mentioning the eligiblity criteria of EWS reservation, please have a look.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Candidate should not come under SC/ST/OBC reservations.
• The annual income of candidate's family must be less than Rs. 8 lakhs per annum.
• The family of the candidate must not own more than 5 acres of agriculture land.
• The candidate's residential area should be below 100 sq yards in notified municipalities.
• The candidate's residential area should be below 200 sq yards in other than notified municipalities if his family resides there.

However if you want to make the new EWS, below are the requirements of documents.

• Any one out of these Aadhar card/Ration Card/ EPIC card
• Id Proof
• Affidavit/Self Declaration
• Land/property documents
• Residential proof/Domicile Certificate
• Passport-sized photograph
• Other relevant documents

So you should continue with your EWS reservation rather than going for OBC reservation.
