see you have to Introduce the certificate of the category which you have mentioned in the admission form, so if your category is obc, then you have to introduce the obc category certificate. however if there is also reservation for sub caste category then you have to also Introduce the sub caste certificate.

however it would be best to communicate with exam helpdesk if you have more issues with the understanding of caste and eligibility .
