As per the notifications issued by APEAMCET separate instructions will be placed on the website after the allotment of seats. . If your institute has instructed you to pay the fees (collge tuition fees as well as hostel fees) then you will have to pay the fees. If you have any doubts regarding the payment of fees then I advise you to gte it cleared from the administrative department of your respective institute.
