Appearing in TS icet doest qualify you for the scholarship program there is central government Fee reimbursement policy, the government will reimburse the full fee for all the students who secure ranks below 10,000 in common entrance tests ts ICET.so if you achieve rank below this you will definitely going to get scholarship.all the best
