I think you have to clear (10+2)th exam.
No upper age limit in JIPMER MBBS 2019. As per the JIPMER eligibility criteria 2019, a candidate must be an Indian citizen/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)/National Residents of India (NRI). ... Candidates applying for JIPMER MBBS must be at least 17 years of age on or before December 31,2019

Dear Vikash, if you will be atleast 17 years by December 31st and you are from General Category and have scored an aggregate of 60% with Physics, Chemistry, Biolog as your core subjects, then you are eligible for JIPMER 2019. However if your category is anyone among OBC/SC/ST/PWD, then the required aggregate is 50%. There is no upper age limit for JIPMER entrance examination.
