Hello Geetkar,

Since the syllabus of BCA has Mathematics in at least 2 semesters, you woukd definetely have to acquire a knowledge regarding the same; but there are certain colleges which take in students from a non-mathematics background. They are:

  • Birla Institute of Technology , Mesra-  in Jaipur, Lalpur, Noida and Patna campuses.

Eligibility criteria- Candidates must have passed Class XII* /Equivalent Qualifying Examination with

minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST/PwD) marks with Englishand Mathematics / Computer Science /Information Practice as subjects in thequalifying examination.

  • Sikkim Manipal University-

Eligibility Criteria- 10+2/equivalent in any stream with 50% marks

Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent

  • Christ University ,Bangalore.

Thank You and All the Best.
