No my friend you cannot sit for jee mains exam as eligibility for jee mains is physics, chemistry and maths in 10+2 level.

For applying in Jee-Main your Stream will be Science after 10th Class.
Only Science Students can apply for Jee-Mains & Advance.

Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main is conducted to offer admissions to interested candidates in undergraduate engineering programmes at NITs (National Institutes of Technology), IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology) and other centrally funded technical institutions (CFTIs) located across the country.

JEE Main 2018 offline (pen-paper) exam will be held on April 8 while the online exam will be held on April 15 and 16. JEE Main 2018 registrations has commenced from December 1 and concluded on January 1, 2018. The admit cards for the exam are now avilable for download.
