Dear Rahul, West Bengal is not an Open State. For you to participate in West Bengal NEET Counselling, you either neednto hold West Bengal domicile or participate in All India Counselling conducted by DGHS where 15% of Government Medical College seats are contributed to the Central Pool.

Thanks for your response . My parents are both permanent residents of West Bengal . As per rule do both or either of them need to apply for domicile certificate as permanent resident so that I can get admission under 85% state quota. Pl. confirm .
