Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. For example, in 2019, the top NEET score was 701 and this year, it was 720, increasing the cut offs by 19 marks. This is general cut off and individual cut offs differ. And Tamilnadu saw almost an increase in cut offs by 150 marks. But because the Counseling process is till on, we do not have the cut offs for 2020 yet. You can check the 2019 cut offs at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-tamil-nadu . But for a seat in a Government Medical College, considering the current trends, you will need more than 550.
