You have to attach OBC Non Creamy Layer certificate because it is the proof that your annual income is less than 6 lakh rupees. Only those candidates whose family income is less than 6 lakhs come under OBC Non creamy layer. Your caste certificate is not enough proof of OBC NCL. So you should uplosd OBC Non creamy layer certificate only.
