Dear Dattatreya, you haven't mentioned your highest qualification. For being eligible for OTA, you should be aged between 19 to 25 years. Assuming you were born on January 1st of 1996, you will be exactly 25 years old in 2020. So if you have completed your Bachelor's degree in any discipline by 2020, given your age, you will be eligible for OTA.
