Any graduate or equivalent from a recognized university can apply for the PO post in SBI. Age – Minimum: 21 years Maximum: 30 years, i.e., A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.04. 1990 and no later than 01.04. 1999 (both dates inclusive).

Unfortunately no, this year you are not eligible for writing the SBI PO examination as the eligibility criteria stated by the board is that any candidate who wishes to apply in the examination needs to be a minimum of 21 years old and maximum of 30 years old.

According to your date of birth, this year you are 20 years old, so next year as you would turn 21 you can definitely give your exam then.
