According to aiims ug entrance exam eligibility criteria you should attain 17 years of age on or before  that years 31st December. 

And you will be able to complete age of 17 years to be eligible for giving aiims 2021.

Now just focus on studies and aiims is one or hardest entrance exam. 

Prepare best for it.

According to the AIIMS 2021 Eligibility criteria, the candidates must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2021. Since you will be completing 17 years of age before that time, you will be eligible for AIIMS 2021. You also need to score a minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in your 12th.
