Yes, you are definitely eligible for sitting for any bank clerk / PO exam. Eligibility Criteria mandates a candidate to hold a Bachelor's Degree to apply for the exam.  And since you already have a bachelor's degree. Therefore you are eligible. The degree from a regular or distance learning does not make you ineligible for exams.. So I'll recommend you to study hard and start preparing for the exams and i am sure you will pass the exam with flying colors..
