Inorder to get under the range of 200+ marks in JEE mains you need to study with hardwork as well with smart work as well.
Go through with the concepts of Class 11th thoroughly.
Don't leave your basics of your class 10 as well class 9th revise them as well.
After the completion of your syllabus try to do many number of mock test as you can.
And try to always complete your syllabus before as you can because inorder to revise the syllabus you need the spare of time. Getting into that zone revision is the main key Jagadish.
Do stick with the proper time table and don't divert your mind from studies during the time of preparation of IIT-JEE.
