So coming to your question, NO, it is not possible to change the subject in class 12 in the CBSE Board, when your 11th subjects are different from the 12th. You cannot take mathematics in your 12th grade, when you have already chosen biology in class 11th.

Yes, Definitely some schools lf CBSE Board do allow this one can definitely switch there optional subject in class 12th but only before the final registration of class 12th that is very necessary. But remember if you have filled the final registration form you cannot change your subject.
