You need to check the Institute or University brand value , faculties Experience , case study research, Internship and placement opportunities, interaction with companies.

As per my view, MBA is better because after completion of this course you will be getting professional degree whereas after PGDM you will be getting diploma only which has lesser value in comparison to MBA in market. But I would also suggest consider your choice, interest and potential before choosing any course.
