I am currently studying in 11th in allen chd but wish to take a drop after my 12th since I am not satisfied with my 11th so can I join allen achiever batch without giving neet in 2022 and directly start my preparation for neet 2023

Obviously , you can do that! But according to my opinion dropping is ok , no problem but you should give a try in NEET 2021. I know your preparation isn't satisfactory but don't miss a attempt and don't take it casually. Keep a try and try to showcase yourself that to what extent you can push yourself.

I can surely say you that you may or not get a seat in NEET 2021 but the potential you will realize will push you further and finally during your drop year (if) , you will not feel the urge of external motivation to study the subjects.
