You will not be suggested to change your field. Working in a field for more than 2 years is considered a good experience because you have to start with beginning with no experience. I would rather suggest you to do MBA or courses related to stock market, investment adviser, investment banking. These fields are related to finance and your experience will help you working in these fields. 

There are so many people who change their field after working for a long time in a particular sector and struggle at lot. So you are advised not to do that. Instead do MBA Orr  certification courses of NISM, NCFM or IRDA.
