Dear student, you can definitely sit for the SSC and UPSC exam after you have completed your graduation. The only requirement is that you must have scored over 55% in your graduation. There is no restrictions on the stream you choose after 10th or 12th. You are very well allowed to write exams after the age of 21 years.
