If the college is denying for refunding of your fees, then you shall not be getting back your fees. Not all colleges refunds the paid fees. Some colleges don't refund even a single penny. Before applying for the college you should always find out these things if there is any possibility that you might have to leave the college and go through the rules and regulations or the prospectus of the college. So, I think you are left with no other option.

It might be possible that fee refund is not there in its policy. You should check their policy regarding Fee refund as not all colleges return fees. So you have leave college without refund.
