I am doing B.sc in Physics and I have eyed to Master in Physics.I want to join ISRO.Could me help me with proper guidance?

Yes, you are certainly eligible to get job in ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) after successful completion of B.Sc in Physics course.

As you are done with B.Sc in Physics, you are eligible to apply for the post of Technical Assistant or Scientific Assistant.

The basic educational qualification required for the above mentioned posts is Graduate Degree or Diploma course from a recognized university.
