You cannot get into IIT for your btech just after your class 10th as to be eligible for IIT you need to be at least 12th pass from science stream with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects . You need to get a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 or equivalent exam or you must be in the top 20 percentile in your class 12 examination. For SC/ ST, the eligibility is to obtain a minimum of 65% marks in class 12 or equivalent and you need to clear first jee mains and then jee advance to get into iit .
