For admission to state quota seats in colleges for MD/MS/Diploma courses, candidates who have completed MBBS from the state are eligible. Also, you can apply for UP state counselling as candidates who  have completed MBBS from college/institute which is not in Uttar Pradesh are also eligible for admission to UP PG medical admission 2019.
