Yes you can get a seat but for that you require a valid KCET rank.If you have been alotted a seat under SNQ then you can check for that on their website. If your name is there, you will be allocated only SNQ seats.

KCET Supernumerary Quota Reservation(SNQ) 2019. SNQ or Supernumerary Quota (SNQ) are for the candidates who are economically weak. The SNQ allows students from the economically weaker sections of the society to gain admission in engineering colleges across the state for reduced tuition fees.
