You might get calls from ultra new IIMs like IIM sambalpur, Nagpur. But honestly you have a little chance because cut off for ultra new IIMs for general category students is 93+ percentile and for OBC category is 90+ percentile.
But if you have an exceptional profile with very good academic records along with work experience then you might get calls from ultra new IIMs.
In case of IITs you can definitely apply in all IITs accept IIT Bombay whose cut off is generally very high. But you can expect calls from other IITs for second round of interview and WSAT.
