With your score, I'm afraid you won't be able to get into either IPU's main campus or VIPS, as their closing rank is around 2500. However, you should keep an eye out for other universities affiliated with IPU, such as

Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology

JIMS Engineering Management Technical campus, school of Law

Chander Prabhu Jain college of higher studies

Delhi Metropolitan Education society

Delhi Institute of Rural development

BLS Institute of Technology Management

And other good private colleges also like ICFAI Dehradun, MS Ramaiah college of law, ICFAI Law school Hyderabad, Christ University Bangalore

and more good private colleges are also available.
