Hello Sanjit,  NTSE cut off get changes every year depending on various factors like number of students appeared for exam,  maximum marks achieve by student,  number of scholarships offered for this year and many more. But you can predict your chance of selection based on last year cut off. As per the last year cut off of Telangana,  Students with more than 140 marks in MTSE stage 1 got selected for stage 2. So as per last year cut off you have good chance to get selected for the next stage.

but remember cut off varies every year.
