I am from a non-Maharastra student and I have given jee main and filled mhtcet 2020 exam form, now I want to get into a privet engineering college in Mumbai with my jee mains score, So my Question is which counseling I should go for cap round (mhtcet-cap) or jossa counseling

Hello,
With JOSAA counseling you will be eligible for only the participating institutes.Refer the link to know all participating insititutes.

Whereas, through MHT-CET you are eligible for its participating institutes.

So you can see in the 2 lists which private institutes you are talking about.
In MHT-CET choice filling you will have a filter like option between government and private institutes, you can fill the choices according to that.
