Hi yaswanth.

If it was grading system implemented for you then try to explain them the present situation of marks alloted are in form of grades.

Even though if you want to calculate the marks scored then use this method to calculate.

(Total Number of grades scored / total number of grades )*100

You will get the open marks through this.
