I am from Assam.I have scored 477 and my state rank is 391.Will I get a chance in any medical college in Assam?

In 2018, under State Quota, 420 marks secured a seat in Tezpur Medical College under General Category. That was the cut off. With 477, you have a decent chance at:

Assam Medical College
Silchar Medical College
Johrat Medical College

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. There might be a difference of give or take 25-40 marks. You can check the cut offs of various colleges in Assam at:
