hi,

you need to download the ntse admit from below link

https://jac.jharkhand.gov.in/jac/

however there is no notification showing on the particular website. to get information login with your ID and password on ntse exam form.

For any discrepancy or query, they should contact the NCERT officials and get them rectified or sorted. Students can contact on 011-26560464 or

011-26592207 or can send an e-mail to ntsexam.ncert@gov.in.

To download your admit card, you need to open NTS official page and login with your login details.

As you said you can download your admit card on Nov 17th, on/ or before the last date you can download it from official website.
.
If you are unable to understand the procedure, you can visit nearby internet center and ask them to download admit card, they will help you out.
