Hello dear..
Since originally you are from Maharashtra,it is your home state.You will applicable for home state quota for Maharashtra.Basically the state of which you have a local residential certificate,through that state you will be applicable for home state quota.It does not matter from where you have done your 12th.You have a local residential certificate.
