If you are from PCM background you will face little difficulties to handle economic degree because in 11th and 12th they teach us the fundamentals of Economic and it does act as a base of the subject.

So if you want to get economic in degree. I would suggest you to go through 11th and 12th NCERT Economics books as they are for starters and easy to understand.
