Hey,

To be very honest its completely you choice from where you have to complete your 10+2 education. If you find that the education in Himachal is satisfactory to you and you find it sufficient to apply for your competitive exams then you can complete your 10+2 from there only. But if you feel that the education is not that good in Himachal and you need better exposure then you should go for Punjab.

Think wisely and take your decision.
